Do you have retail premises that I can visit?

We do not currently have retail premises, our workshop location can be found [here], although due to the nature of our work visits are by prior arrangement only.

How can I pay?

We accept payment by Paypal via this website. Alternatively you can call and pay by credit/debit cards over the telephone.
You can also pay by cheque if you are in the UK, please give us a call to confirm your order and payment instructions can be arranged.

How is my item delivered?

Our products are delivered by a reputable courier. The cost of delivery to mainland UK is included in the price of the products. For all other areas please get in touch to arrange the best method of delivery.
Some of the larger bespoke items will be delivered personally by a member of the team, as erection and installation may be required, which may also be subject to additional charges.

How long will it be before I receive my product?

Most items are stocked and ready for dispatch. However, if we are creating something bespoke, then timescales will of course vary. If you have any questions before or after placing an order with us in this regard, please contact us [here] and we will be happy to advise you further.

Where do you ship to?

At the moment, we ship only to the UK mainland through this site. However, if you do have specific requirements for shipping outside of the UK, please [contact us] – if at all possible, we will do our very best to accommodate you.
